Last updated: October 19, 2026.
Who we are
Tulsa Tree Guys operates tulsatreeguys.com as a local quote and dispatch site for tree services in the Tulsa, Oklahoma metro. Contact: (918) 725-5045 · [email protected].
What we collect
When you submit the quote form or email us, we may collect your name, phone number, email, city/area, service interest, and message details. If you call, we may keep notes needed to route your request. If you check the SMS consent box, we record that consent.
How we use information
- To respond to quote and service requests
- To connect you with an independent local crew that covers your area
- To call or text you about your request when you asked us to, or consented to texts
- To improve the site and prevent spam/abuse
Texts / A2P SMS
We only text about your tree-service inquiry when you provide a number and either initiate contact or opt in on the form. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent to text is not a condition of requesting a quote by phone or email.
Sharing
We share job details with the independent crew assigned to your request. We do not sell personal information. Hosting and email providers (such as Cloudflare) may process data to deliver those services.
Retention & choices
We keep inquiry records as needed for the request and ordinary business records, then delete or de-identify them. Email or call to update/delete details or withdraw SMS consent (or reply STOP).
Children & changes
This site is not directed at children under 13. We may update this policy; the last-updated date will change.
